College Recipes : Easy Plate Chocolate Cakes

I always love chocolate cakes and I really want to eat the one that is really fresh from the oven! So, today I decided to do a little baking time with my little chef which is my sister. Because we don't have a mixer, so we decided to make a super easy and simple chocolate cake. It's actually only need 15 minutes, but the result.... is really delicious! So, I'm proudly present my new college recipes:

easy plate chocolate cakes

2 cup of all purpose flour
2 cup of sugar
3 table spoon cocoa powder
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 tea spoons salt
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Step by step:

1. Preheat your oven at 150 degree of Celcius
2. Coat your cake pan with butter (you can use 20x20 cm cake pan)
3. Put together the dry ingredients such as  flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cocoa powder in one large bowl, whisk gently
4. Put together the wet ingredients in another large bowl ( eggs, milk, vegetable oil, vanilla extract) and mix it gently
5. Pour the wet to the dry ingredients and mix it gently with a spatula. Remember not to over mix it
6. Then pour the mixture to the cake pan and put in the oven for about 30 minutes

Here is the result:

The best thing about this cake is the crunchy top combined with the soft filling, yummy! It is best served with a cup of hot tea :)
